Founded by a working handyman!

I'm Steve, I started my own handyman company, and as it grew I found it got more and more difficult to keep track of payment records, job statuses, and clients. One missed update meant a lost job, and one forgotten invoice meant unpaid work. What began as a daily frustration turned into a serious obstacle to making a living.

To solve the problem, I built a tracker that colelcted clients, jobs, and invoicing into one central location. It replaced a patchwork of notes, emails, and screenshots with a single source of truth. I was finally able to see what was coming up, what had been completed, and what was still owed without guessing.

As the app proved its value, it became clear that my problems were not unique. Other professionals faced the same problems, so I've been working to expand Whirligig into a platform anyone can use. What started as a personal fix became a way for others to stay organized, get paid on time, and regain control over their work.
